Eligibility
We accept return and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery.
  • Defective or not functioning as described.
  • Incorrect item received.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Process

  • Email srfiber71@gmail.com with your order number and product images.
  • Once approved, send the product to the provided return address within 3 business days.
  • Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
  • Replacement and Exchange policy
  • We have 7 days replacement exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

Refunds
Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Covered by SR Fiber for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Borne by the customer for all other reasons.
