Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility
We accept return and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery.
- Defective or not functioning as described.
- Incorrect item received.
Conditions
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Process
- Email srfiber71@gmail.com with your order number and product images.
- Once approved, send the product to the provided return address within 3 business days.
- Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
- Replacement and Exchange policy
- We have 7 days replacement exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
Refunds
Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Charges
- Covered by SR Fiber for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Borne by the customer for all other reasons.
